The straps break and you’ve wasted your money. Or the rubber tears around the hole and the strap keeps popping out. They have loose straps so your kids have to claw their little toes just to keep them on. The toe post rubs between their toes or the straps can leave a blister. They are terrible for the environment and take forever to break down. They can make a ‘fart’ noise when they’re wet (no one wants that!) They are a death trap on smooth or wet surfaces… the list goes on.

The plugs are designed to fold over and pull through, instead of snapping off if you have a "blow-out". You should be able to simply push the plug back through the hole in the base. If the strap breaks, let us know and we'll replace them for FREE :)

- Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am - 5pm AEST.
- Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a promotion taking place.

At Beach Lyfe Co., we want you to love your purchase as much as we love curating our collection. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
As a small boutique store, we do not offer refunds, but we’re more than happy to issue a store credit for eligible returns.
Eligibility for Return:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
All accessories, sale items, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return:
