  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.

  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am - 5pm AEST.

At Beach Lyfe Co., we want you to love your purchase as much as we love curating our collection. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

As a small boutique store, we do not offer refunds, but we’re more than happy to issue a store credit for eligible returns.

Eligibility for Return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

All accessories, sale items, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return:

  1. Please email us at yourfriends@beachlyfeco.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. You’ll receive a store credit via email once we receive and inspect the item(s).

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked postage option, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
