**Beach Lyfe Co Refund and Exchange Store Policy**

 At Beach Lyfe Co, we are committed to ensuring your absolute satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes, your expectations may not be met, and that's why we've designed our returns and exchange process to be as hassle-free as a day at the beach.

Below, we've outlined your options for returns and exchanges, but if you have any questions or need assistance, our friendly staff are always ready to help. You can reach us in-store, at 07 4014 2423 during our store hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm (AEST), or through our Contact Us Form.

 

**General Return and Exchange Policy**

Beach Lyfe Co happily offers refunds or exchanges for full-priced items if you have a change of mind. You can opt to receive an exchange of product to the value of your return, the value of your return credited to a Beach Lyfe Co gift card or a full refund to your original payment method. To qualify, contact with the store must be made within 14 days of the purchase date, and proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.

 

**General Returns (Excludes Sale Items)**

Change of mind returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition, meaning it must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and the tags must still be securely attached. We kindly ask that you consider our status as a small store, and if possible, we greatly appreciate your preference for exchanges over refunds.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change of mind returns on swimwear and piercing jewellery.

Gift cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.

Please note that for sale items, we are unable to accept returns unless deemed faulty.

If you claim a free gift/s with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift/s must also be returned or the value deducted from your refund total.

 

**Defective or Misdescribed Items**

In the rare event that you receive a product that is faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown, or doesn't perform as expected, you have the option to choose between a refund, an exchange, or store credit. Beach Lyfe Co reserves the right to have your returned item sent to the supplier for assessment as deemed necessary.

 

** Online purchases **

When returning goods please ensure;

  • All items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc.
  • Hats must be sent back inside another box to ensure the item is not squashed or damaged in transit.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.
  • Please note that exchange requests are not held. We suggest placing a new order for the new item to avoid missing out and requesting a refund for the returning item.

 

**Afterpay Purchases**

If you made your purchase using Afterpay, any eligible refunds will be processed back to your respective Afterpay account. For more information, please refer to Afterpay's terms and conditions.

 

**Australian Consumer Law**

It's important to note that our Beach Lyfe Co Returns policy does not diminish your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law. We are committed to ensuring that you receive the high-quality products and service that you deserve.
